I got to around 400 pretty easily that way, but by that point my fingers were hurting from my other attempts and I lost the timing. So I plan to just go back and forth in the bottom part of the room, just going left and right. My main issue is hitting walls, and not my timing. I've found that the bottom of the room has a ton of leeway with the bottom wall, you can get much closer to it than you'd think without hitting it. I found a video on youtube that shows off a similar strategy to mine (It's on the PS4, but the same methods still apply):ĭamn, got to 704 and then hit a wall. It took me about 3 minutes and 8 seconds to get to 800 dashes. When I finally completed the achievement, I was hitting the button about 4 times a second, and I traveled around the room counterclockwise, doing my best to stay in the middle of the track. Not only that, you have to navigate your character around the room so that you don't run into the walls, because if you do run into the walls even a little bit, you crash and stop dashing. The timing is pretty lenient, but if you mash the button too fast, you will stop dashing, and if you take too long to press the button, you will stop dashing. In order to do a dash combo correctly, you have to time your button presses. It took me about 3-4 hours to finally do it. Now, getting 800 dashes in a row is no easy task.
